What the petition asks
Currently if someone is involved in a non fault accident they will likely have to pay more for insurance for the following few years. If it is proved that the accident was not their fault they should not be penalised with higher insurance premiums.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
