Revive Crown immunity under the Crown Proceedings (Armed Forces) Act 1987.

What the petition asks
We the people urge the government to revive the armed forces’ Crown immunity from actions in tort during all future ‘warlike operations’ overseas, by ministerial order under the Crown Proceedings (Armed Forces) Act 1987.
We ask our soldiers to sometimes pay the ultimate sacrifice and carry out atrocious acts in the name of our political elite. They do this without question, but when things go wrong, as the often do in the "fog of war" we ask that they are PROTECTED NOT PROSECUTED
