Link pay rises for MPs to any existing cap on rises for public sector workers.

Many Public Sector Workers are struggling to mange due to the % cap on Public Sector wages. However many Politicians are out of touch with this Austerity Measure and continue to accept excessive pay increases. Linking the two awards may ensure equality and fairness.
