Greyhounds to be muzzled at all times when out in public places

What the petition asks
A neighbours cat was mauled to death by two greyhounds. Although the dogs were on leads the owner was unable to control them. It is law in Northern Ireland for greyhounds to be muzzled this needs to be extended to the rest of the UK
