What the petition asks
On 24 September RAF serviceman Corrie Mckeague went missing. Vital pieces of investigation have not been done by Suffolk police.
We want the police to carry out a thorough search on both the flats in the Horseshoe area of Bury St Edmunds and also to check the landfill site.
We want the police to carry out a thorough search on both the flats in the Horseshoe area of Bury St Edmunds and also to check the landfill site.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This would be an operational decision for the police, not the UK Government or Parliament.
