What the petition asks
I would like to see the government improve traffic flow in and around Clapham, Mitcham, Streatham and Brixton by widening the high street; removing 20 MPH speed limits and removing no entries/ one way systems. This will give motorists and road users more room and make it safer for road users.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Roads in London are the responsibility of local councils and Transport for London (TfL).
