What the petition asks
Today The Sun and The Daily Mail reported on City of Culture using random pictures of New Years Eve to represent what happened on 1st January. Not only were the pictures of NYE what would be expected in any city on that night, but it was implied that these were from the opening of City of Culture.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
