Put a stop to Annualised/Banked Hours contracts in workplaces.

What the petition asks
The government needs to abolish the Banked/Annualised Hours contracts in workplaces. Employees are working over the working time directive, where the additional overtime is banked. This should be paid at a normal or premium rate as standard.
Employees who work under this scheme have to constantly monitor hours that are either "Banked" or "Owed". Sometimes working unsociable hours, or days where the employer will then tactically either stand down employee from shift to ensure further hours are not "Banked", or put unreasonable requests to employees to make up hours "owed".
