What the petition asks

My son Louis is 8 years old.He has a form of epilepsy called Myocllonic Astatic Epilepsy...he is medically amune to the anti convulsants he takes and suffers daily seizures... our only hope for seizure free life for louis is the government to legalise CBD oil in Scotland for medical purposes.

Louis has suffered from epilepsy all his life... he can on a bad day suffer upto 30+ seizures, he has been in hospital many times with injuries from falling in a seizure, status epileptics and ongoing changes in seizure type...
louis can't be left alone at any time of the day as we just don't know when a seizure will come...
Louis has had MRI scans, lumber punctures, video telemetry, ECG's EEG's ect and various blood work tests in the past 3 years. Louis wears a helmet daily for protection.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
