The Competitions and Markets Authority (CMA), the UK’s competition watchdog, has raised concerns about the behaviour of two pharmaceutical companies. They have criticised Pfizer and Flynn Pharma for charging ‘excessive and unfair’ prices for the epilepsy medicine phenytoin sodium capsules.
