Investigate Bayer & Baxter in relation to HIV-infected Factor VIII in the NHS

What the petition asks

During the 1980's both Bayer AG and Baxter (Travenol) sold HIV infected Factor Concentrates, which were purchased by the UK Government and the NHS. Their actions have not been investigated by Westminster, not even a refund has been sought. We believe victims and their families deserve the truth.
1,243 Haemophiliacs were infected with HIV from using contaminated Factor products. Less than 250 remain alive.
