Stop DWP removing Motability cars before the Appeal Process is exhausted.

What the petition asks
Motability car drivers are disadvantaged when PIP assessments mean they can no longer keep their cars.
Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessment means disabled people are quite often assessed at the standard rate for mobility. This means they are no longer entitled to a Motability vehicle. The letter informing them of this gives them four weeks to return their cars.
If their reconsideration and/or appeal is successful, they will have given up their cars for nothing.
Please find a way to help these people keep their cars until a final appeal is unsuccessful.
