Stop county councils from increasing council tax by more than annual inflation.

What the petition asks
Surrey County Council have recently stated that they are proposing a 15% increase in council tax, when the current annual inflation rate at December 2016 is only around 2%. It is not fair or affordable for the public to pay so much more than the rate of inflation due to the council's inefficiencies.
