Stop the scrapping of Lollipop Ladies/Gents and putting our children at risk.

My 4 year old daughter and lots of her friends use our local Lollipop Lady to cross the road to school every morning. We have now found out that funding for this service is to be cut. In my opinion this is putting the safety of our children at risk and needs to be reversed.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This decision is the responsibility of your local council.

You could start a new petition asking Parliament to change the law, so that local councils are legally required to provide funding for school crossing supervision.
