What the petition asks

Did the EU referendum breach the
CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE EU
CH V: CITIZENS' RIGHTS Article 41
Right to good administration
2. This right includes:
the right of every person to be heard, before any individual measure which would affect him or her adversely is taken;
The EU Referendum precluded over 2 million EU Nationals living in Britain from voting, the outcome of which will affect them adversely.
If we leave the EU it is likely EU Nationals will stay in Britain and will then have the right to vote in all elections, with a possibility of a coalition government with the SNP and Liberal Democrats calling for a referendum.
The vote to leave the EU has sent shock waves throughout Europe we have a chance to influence the EU and re-unite Europe.
