What the petition asks
Each devolved legislature (Scottish Parliament, National Assembly for Wales, Northern Ireland Assembly, London Assembly) and the Gibraltar Parliament shall be granted the power to:
- ratify and make trade treaties (including EU/EEA membership)
- control and decide their own immigration policies
