Enforce reduced prices for public and private transport when pollution is high

This has been shown to work very recently in Paris with public transport. Bringing in new legislation which requires a reduction in the price of Transport in high pollution areas/days will encourage the use of public transport and should also encourage the use of more efficient private transport.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We understand what action you'd like to be taken on public transport, but we're not sure what changes you'd like to see for private transport. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
