MPs to consult their constituents with full Brexit facts before voting on bill

Rejected 11 signatures

What the petition asks

It goes without question that the Brexit campaign used lots of falsehoods and 'alternative facts' many of which unravelled within hours of the result. I believe there are voters out there that given the clearer picture of a Brexit may now feel differently on the matter. MPs should be gauging opinion
It goes without question that the Brexit campaign used a lot of falsehoods and 'alternative facts' many of which unravelled within hours of the result. I believe there are voters out there that given the clearer picture of a Brexit future may now feel differently on the matter. MPs should gauge this opinion before voting on the bill.
The referendum was presented with incomplete & poor information - constituents deserve a right to have their voices listened to, in what is a fresh opportunity

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

This is a decision for individual MPs to make, not a decision for the House of Commons as a whole.
