What the petition asks

My son has type 1 diabetes and controls this with insulin injections. Insulin requirements are calculated dependent upon carbohydrates in food, sadly we have found this information is not available in all food premises. Without this information available he is at risk of fitting.

If too much or too little insulin is provided, type one diabetics are at risk of potentially life threatening fits. Type 1 diabetes is a autoimmune disease and can not be controlled by diet.
Please help those suffering from this horrible condition to lead as normal a life as possible.
