Create equal marriage in Northern Ireland

What the petition asks

I am asking that the Secretary of State for Northen Ireland create equal marriage in here while there is no government in place and before elections in March so that the majority cannot be blocked with a petition of concern on this human rights issue.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
