Reconsider the de-regulation act 2015 terms in relation to cross border hire.

What the petition asks
In 2015 Government revised licensing regulations & within the act one of the aspects was allowing Private Hire &Taxi drivers from other jurisdictions to provide cover. This has been manipulated to an extent where there is no way of governing non local vehicles also damaging local drivers incomes
