Make a phased return to work mandatory for working parents.

The current process of returning to work as a parent lacks support and can often lead to additional stress. A phased return to work should be mandatory for both working parents to provide a smooth transition back to work whilst maintaining a support system for the stay at home parent.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We're not sure whether you would like a phased return to work to be mandatory for all parents, or whether you would like it to be mandatory for all employers to offer a phased return to work. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
