Stop Health Tourism Make Visitors Pay First.

What the petition asks

Stop people from coming to the UK using our Health Service without paying for it. Payment should be taken first to help save our NHS over £280 million a year. No N.I. Number no service.
Also look at fining Airlines the cost of the treatment of pregnant patients. If payment is not made by the patient then the cost should be recovered from the Foreign Aid to that particular country or from their Embassy.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
