EE should lose their licence as they are endangering lives of vulnerable people

What the petition asks
I reported a fault on my elderly parents landline and EE refused to investigate on the grounds of data protection, despite the fact that they cannot make or receive calls because of the fault and EE were advised that my parents both have serious medical issues.
