What the petition asks

I want venue event tickets to be sold directly to fans from ticket selling websites.The introduction of the buyers name to be included on the ticket. And valid I.D to be used when accessing the event venue. I want this to stop such websites such as viagogo from reselling tickets at 200% profit.
