Cancel any Child Support payments in cases of unnecessary parental alienation
Rejected
21 signatures
What the petition asks
The Child Maintainence Service continue to persue payments to parents who block their child from seeing a loving parent for no reason but spite.
Children should never be used as pawns after the breakdown of a relationship and maybe stopping payments will discourage this from happening.

Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. You could start a new petition explaining exactly what you mean by 'unnecessary parental alienation'.
