What the petition asks

The Government has systematically taken money from the pensions of final salary pension schemes for the last few years.

I want the Government to show that they are not the Elite and prove it by amending their own Final Salary Pension scheme the same as they have done for many thousands of British workers and are currently doing with the Nuclear Industry. I want them to show the public that MP's are not above the law and are willing to take the same loss of pension payments when they retire, the Government has taken millions of pounds already earned by workers, yet still maintain their own Final salary one.

Why it was rejected
