What the petition asks
In response to another petition calling for our Mayor's removal. What a great idea - he would make a much better Prime Minister. One of the few politicians these days prioritising the good of the country over his career.
Why it was rejected
It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
In any case, as you might already know, the Prime Minister of the UK is not chosen by the UK Government or Parliament.
