REDUCE THE COST OF COUNCIL TAX!!!

What the petition asks
I call for government to reduce the Council tax for working families. We already pay enough out of our hard earned money from our wages! Why should we pay even more every month £132 out of our wages? Make our hard working people lives JUST a bit better, easier! Let us have more money in our pockets!
Council Tax funds local services including:
Education (we pay but WHY?)
Fire and Police Services (Government should fund it)
Roads (Still bad, lots of pot holes, bad surfaces, FILTHY)
Libraries ( Agree)
Rubbish collection (Agree)
Planning ( WHY US? what do we gain?)
WHY do we have to pay for that?The government is responsible for all of it! We pay Income tax, food tax, and so on.Why do we pay for roads if they are still terrible?Why do we have to pay planning? We don't gain anything our of it.
