What the petition asks
Whilst out walking a friends dog in April 2016 he was attacked whilst on a lead, on a playing field by two other dogs and killed.
The owner of the two dogs had previously had her dogs on leads and muzzled but took them off so she could play ball with them.
The owner of the two dogs had previously had her dogs on leads and muzzled but took them off so she could play ball with them.
We propose that dog on dog attacks are taken seriously and legislation introduced to convict irresponsible owners whose dogs have attacked those of innocent families and ensure they are held accountable legally for their actions.
