Help ensure Volkswagen service action is not damaging vehicles

What the petition asks

Volkswagen (VAG) mislead regulators and customers regarding the cheat device. There is now anecdotal evidence that the fix offered is causing damage to vehicles: http://uk.reuters.com/article/us-volkswagen-emissions-idUKKCN12S13Y

The UK Government should work with the German Government and other EU partners to do all it can to ensure that the fix, which was approved by the KBA (German type approval authority), is not damaging vehicles and provide assurance to UK customers. The UK Government should also publish the information it has on the outcome of any tests on the VW fix.
