What the petition asks
Three Labour MPs have each won High Court defamation damages from UKIP MEP Jane Collins over remarks made about Rotherham's child abuse scandal.
Sir Kevin Barron, John Healey and Sarah Champion are each set to receive £54,000. We call for any damages paid to be donated to child abuse victims.

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This would be a personal decision for the MPs concerned, not a decision for the Government or the House of Commons as a whole.
