Estate Agents' should be entitled to a capped fee at minimum

Estate agents' across the UK work very hard and unsocial hours to house tenants from all ethnics & financial backgrounds whether it be from low income families to the working class. Referencing will never be as straight forward as it may seem - what if one fails? Administration also comes at a cost.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
