Reward people for summiting dashcam footage of careless and dangerous driving.

Very simply, this would encourage more care and consideration when driving. Everyday dangerous driving is witnessed and this could be a solution to help bring down the numbers of accidents and deaths on our roads. Reward money could come from a percentage of the fines paid.
