What the petition asks

has become apparent that the lords do not consider the will people of the united kingdom. you are not elected by the people, your positions are not decided by us.you consider it is a given right. . we will be demanding changes. there is to much of the old boy network and demands of big buissnes.

we are asking why you have so much power that is not used for the benefit of the people. we also have noticed that when debates that effect our future,are not taken seriously. ie lords members not turning up and falling asleep.
we the people of the united kingdom now require that you follow the rules

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can only accept petitions about matters that the Government or the House of Commons are responsible for. We can't accept petitions calling on the House of Lords to take action.
