What the petition asks
Just less than 28% of registered Britain's did not vote in the June EU referendum, leave's margin of victory was 1,269,501 votes, that means 13 million potential voters for whatever reason, did not participate, they should be given the democratic right to a vote to verify the referendum outcome.
