Ask David Mundell MP to do the honourable thing and resign his seat and position

What the petition asks
David Mundell the Secretary of State for Scotland doesn't actually represent Scotland. This week he went against the democratic will of his constituency and voted to trigger Article 50 the procedure to withdraw the UK from the European Union.
Seeing as Mr Mundell isn't representing his constituency nor his country's democratic wishes, this is absolutely unacceptable and therefore it has had a catastrophic effect on his constituents and the wider country. We are calling on Mr Mundell to do the honourable thing and resign his seat and cabinet position to trigger a by-election.

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The resignation of an individual Minister is not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or Parliament, you could start a petition about that.
