What the petition asks

We really need the same solidarity and courage from the House of Lords as of the Nation to all get behind our Prime Minster, Theresa May and the government to prevail against all adversity on our exit from Europe in triggering Article 50.

On 14 May 1940,"All Behind You, Winston" the book by Roger Hermiston. It shows Churchill, the us the leader and prime minister he was, rolling up his sleeves to confront the oncoming menace of Nazi Germany. He brought the Government and all the country together in his effort to lead Britain,we need the same backing now for our Prime Minister
We need that same courage of conviction from all with the will to overcome and win like they did back then, a really good book and lesson for us all today.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can only accept petitions about matters that the Government or the House of Commons are responsible for. We can't accept petitions calling on the House of Lords to take action.
