Divert all money from the foreign aid budget into the NHS until 2020

What the petition asks

The NHS is in crisis and needs the full support of the government. Austerity means that finances are tight, during the next 3 years all funds allocated to overseas aid should be diverted into Health and Social Care.
The UK is one of the only countries that means the 0.7% of GBP to fund overseas aid. But now the UK has to put UK citizens first.
