Abolish the House of Lords and replace with a fully elected upper house

What the petition asks

The un-elected House of Lords needs to be replaced with a fully elected upper house if we are to be a truly democratic nation. At a time when the UK public has rejected an un-elected Commission controlling the EU, it is time to get our own democracy in order so only elected persons represent us.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
