What the petition asks
Employers are exploiting this law. There are many examples where people are working in same organisation for several years but they are not acceptable as regular employee. This promot modern slavery, and also demiralising the people of United Kingdom.
I know there are many staff through agency working in Royal Mail, Langley (Slough) for several years but the are still on casual basis. This keep them insecure and financially unstable. Providing them to become permanent employee not just reduce unemployment from the country but also save millions of pounds of Job Centers.
