Create set grade boundaries for new GCSE students.

What the petition asks
It is unfair to pupils, as currently, the top 20% of grade 7 pupils will receive a grade 9. Meaning your grades are dependant on how other people do.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Grade boundaries aren't decided by the Government or Parliament. They are set by exam boards.
