Develop a train service from Sheerness to Leysdown

What the petition asks
The isle of Sheppey has recently seen a huge development in Neatscourt retail park near Queenborough, but the infrastructure has not been developed to allow residents from perhaps Leysdown to access it. If there was a train with multiple stops across the island, people would access its shops easier.
