Petition · past parliament
Introduce periodic retention elections for the judges of the UK Supreme Court.

What the petition asks
Periodic retention elections would enable Supreme Court judges to be removed from office by popular vote if their judgements were deemed to be improper or to subvert government and the will of the people.
Such elections are already used by the Supreme Courts of many US states to make judges accountable to the people. Thus there is already a successful working precedent for such elections.
