What the petition asks

I would like to see an investigation into the companies that sell tickets for music concerts & sporting events, for charging fees which include: admin fees, postage, fees to print e-tickets at home, & charge credit cards fees. I feel these fees are excessive and in some cases unwarranted

Consumers are held to ransom by these fees and they can add considerable cost to the ticket purchase. Fees are charged per ticket, and it remains unclear how these companies are able to justify the fees, especially fees to print off an e-ticket at home. Clarification is required as to what consumers are paying for.
