Government to seek explanation as to why Juhel Miah was refused entry to the US

Rejected 18 signatures

What the petition asks

Juhel Miah is a Maths teacher and a British passport holder. He was travelling with the school group he was accompanying from Reykjavik to New York, but he was singled out, searched, and despite the all clear, he was denied access back on the flight to New York and refused entry to the US.
The British Government should seek a full explanation as to why Mr Miah was refused entry to the US and seek a formal apology for this act of blatant racial profiling.
