Legal Aid must NOT be granted on grounds of Unproven claims of Domestic Violence were evidence on police records state "NFA" or otherwise. Unproven claims of DV are used as an excuse for Parental Alienation by the parent claiming. Anthony Douglas CEO of Cafcass quote,' PA is abuse. PA is a Crime.
