What the petition asks
Our fifteen year old daughter and our sixteen week old puppy were subjected to a vicious unprovoked attack near our home. The dog that carried out the attack has a previous history of this! The dog has not been destroyed and will only be if the court rule this! The dog is free to attack again
During the attack our daughter suffered bite injuries to her elbow. This has caused her lots of pain and discomfort due to the nerves in that area. Had she not had a coat on it would have been a more significant injury and potentially limb threatening! Our puppy received surgery to save her badly broken leg and will require on going medical attention. The emotional scars will take years to heal for both of them! Our seven year old daughter who witnessed the attack is also deeply affected.
