What the petition asks
The Island Site IN Martham Green was historically landlocked before roads Today the Cottage and house access is over the Green. Rights recorded 1910 Tax Record (Kew) and VG34 1971 by foot and by car. The1978 Martham Conservation Doc records no restrictions on Island site. We've used them since 1983.
The Island Site includes 2 Grade II listed houses always accessed across Martham Green using historically rights as recorded VG34 and DNTA1812. GYBC Conservation and NCC state the Island Site has rights by foot and by car but do not protect the Island Site against Martham Parish Council who re-write history and keep misrepresenting facts, swapping people's names and adding governing bodies when not applicable from historical documents to hide unlawful acts. We have lots of documents in support.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This is the responsibility of the local councils involved.
