Vote of no confidence in Cornwall council cabinet regarding culture bid

What the petition asks
As we are in austerity times Cornwall Council cabinet has decided to go ahead with a city of culture bid spending a minimum of £350,000 of our money. They have voted to go ahead with this without going to full council. The general consensus from the local populis is it is a waste of money

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
